Natt's Cuisine ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and the ordering service available on it. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from you when you use our website to browse our menu, place an order for pickup or delivery, or create an account, why we collect it, and how we protect it. • Account information: your name, email address, and phone number when you register for an account or place an order.
• Order and delivery information: the items you order, your delivery address, and, for delivery orders, the map location (latitude and longitude) you pin so our riders can find you.
• Payment information: when you pay by card or mobile money, your payment is processed directly by our payment processor, Paystack. We never receive or store your full card number, PIN, or mobile money credentials — only confirmation that a payment was made, its amount, and a transaction reference.
• Usage information: standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our website.

We use the information we collect to:

• Take, prepare, and fulfil your orders, including dispatching delivery riders;
• Verify payments and prevent fraud;
• Communicate with you about your order, account, or enquiries you send us;
• Maintain and improve our website and menu offering;
• Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

We share personal information only where necessary to provide our service:

• Paystack, to process your payment;
• Our delivery riders and, where used, third-party courier partners, so your order can be delivered to the address and location you provide;
• Service providers who help us operate our website (for example, hosting), under obligations to protect your data;
• Law enforcement or regulators, where required by Ghanaian law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for third-party marketing purposes.
